These terms govern the use of the site published by Bénin Prestige Hôtellerie (BPH) SARL (Acropole) and the services presented online: reservations, events, catering, cakes, hotel and spa.
Acceptance
By accessing and using the site, the user confirms that they have read these terms and accept them in full.
Reservations & requests
Reservations and enquiries made through the site are requests that we confirm by phone, email or WhatsApp. Your request becomes final once we have confirmed it.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions for tables, events, catering and stays are communicated at confirmation. Specific conditions may apply for events and catering.
Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs, service included. Menus, prices and availability are provided for guidance only and may change with the market and the seasons.
Personal data
The processing of your personal data (reservations, requests, applications) is described in our Privacy policy.
Liability
BPH SARL cannot be held responsible for errors, temporary unavailability of the site, or damages arising from its use.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, photographs, logo and the Acropole brand) is protected. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Changes
BPH SARL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Cotonou shall have jurisdiction.
